LEANING R Chipotle Salsa Dip

½ cup sour cream

½ cup cream cheese

½ cup LEANING R® Chipotle Salsa


Mix all parts together and blend until smooth. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies!

LEANING R Chipotle Enchiladas

2 lbs ground beef

2 16 oz jars LEANING R Chipotle Salsa

3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Salt/Pepper to taste

Garlic to taste

10 soft corn tortillas

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

9x13 or 7x11 greased baking pan


Cook ground beef in a medium to large skillet until brown. Add 3 cups or 1 ½ jars of LEANING R Chipotle Salsa. Stir and cook on medium heat until it begins to boil. Reduce to low heat, and add salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally to keep sauce mixture from sticking. Spread cup of remaining LEANING R Chipotle Salsa in the bottom of baking pan. When ready to fill tortillas, heat them in microwave until they are more pliable making them easier to roll. Fill each tortilla with a small amount of meat sauce followed by shredded cheese, then roll and place side by side in baking pan. Add remaining enchilada meat sauce then shredded cheese over the top. Bake 15-20 minutes or until the cheese on top bubbles up. Makes 10 enchiladas.

LEANING R Hot Salsa Queso Dip

1 lb turkey sausage

8 oz cream cheese

¾ cup milk

4 oz white cheddar cheese

8 oz pepper jack cheese

4 oz white American cheese

½ cup LEANING R® Hot Salsa

1 jalapeno, finely diced

Directions: Brown turkey sausage, drain and put into slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients except diced jalapeno. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Uncover and mix until cheese is mostly smooth, then cook for 30 more minutes. Add diced jalapeno and serve with tortilla chips.
