



LEANING R Chipotle Salsa Dip
½ cup sour cream
½ cup cream cheese
½ cup LEANING R® Chipotle Salsa
Mix all parts together and blend until smooth. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies!
LEANING R Chipotle Enchiladas
2 lbs ground beef
2 16 oz jars LEANING R Chipotle Salsa
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt/Pepper to taste
Garlic to taste
10 soft corn tortillas
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
9x13 or 7x11 greased baking pan
Directions: Cook ground beef in a medium to large skillet until brown. Add 3 cups or 1 ½ jars of LEANING R Chipotle Salsa. Stir and cook on medium heat to boil. Reduce heat, and add salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally to keep from sticking. Grease baking pan and spread remaining LEANING R Chipotle Salsa in the bottom . Heat tortillas in microwave to make them more pliable to fill and wrap. Fill each tortilla with a small amount of meat sauce followed by shredded cheese, then roll and place side by side in baking pan. Add remaining meat sauce and shredded cheese over the top. Bake 15-20 minutes or until cheese bubbles Makes approximately 10 enchiladas.
LEANING R Hot Salsa Queso Dip
1 lb turkey sausage
8 oz cream cheese
¾ cup milk
4 oz white cheddar cheese
8 oz pepper jack cheese
4 oz white American cheese
½ cup LEANING R® Hot Salsa
1 jalapeno, finely diced
Brown turkey sausage, drain and put into slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients except diced jalapeno. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Uncover and mix until cheese is mostly smooth, then cook for 30 more minutes. Add diced jalapeno and serve with tortilla chips.

1 Cauliflower Pizza Crust
LEANING R Chipotle Ranch Salsa
Turkey Sausage (tube or ground)
Bell Pepper (red and green)
Pineapple (fresh is best)
Mozzrella Cheeze (low fat or non-dairy)
Prepare cauliflower crust as instructed on packaging. Spread salsa, and all remaining ingredients to your liking. Bake as instructed on crust packaging.
